Brad Finkel is a Managing Partner at North Branch Partners.

Brad has been involved in over $2B of commercial real estate transactions and has experience across multiple segments of the industry from brokerage to banking and, primarily, private equity.

Prior to founding North Branch Partners, Brad co-led the investment team for an emerging operating platform, Crestlight Capital. At Crestlight, he led the acquisition of nearly $650M of commercial real estate throughout the Sunbelt and Midwest with several institutional partners such as J.P. Morgan and TPG.

 

Prior to Crestlight, Brad was the VP of acquisitions for Triangle Capital Group, a leading opportunistic investment firm, where he was responsible for the acquisition of distressed debt and equity investments across the country. Before joining Triangle, Brad was on the real estate underwriting and asset management desk at The Bancorp, a national and publicly traded commercial bank. 

 

Brad received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
